Good morning and thank you for choosing our apartment, it will be our care to make your stay as comfortable as possible. To do this, we kindly ask you to provide us with some information about your trip, to better organize your check-in.

- Colombo apartment and B&B Colombo are located in via Cristoforo Colombo 19 Mestre Venice. If you arrive by car you can park inside our parking lot by booking.
- Ai Due Mori apartment is located in Via Giovanni Aurispa 239, Noto (SR).
- Il Nido di Aretusa apartment is located in Via Dione 44, Ortigia (SR).
To confirm your booking we require a small deposit of 20% payable by Paypal or by bank transfer or by credit card. In case of payment by credit card, a link will be sent to your mobile number in order to make the payment
Our cancellation policy provides for the possibility of canceling up to 3 days from the date of check-in with consequent refund of the deposit paid
EXTRA PAYMENTS/TOURIST TAX
At check-in you will be asked to pay IN CASH the amount of the TOURIST TAX. Tourist tax changes according to structure and Municipality, here is the detail:
- Colombo Apartment, Venice Mestre: € 4.00 per person, per day, children from 10 to 14 years old pay 50% of the tourist tax, children from 0 to 10 years old are excluded.
- B&B Colombo, Venice Mestre: € 2,8 per person, per day, children from 10 to 16 years old pay 50% of the tourist tax, children from 0 to 10 years old are excluded.
- Ai Due Mori Apartment, Noto: € 4.00 per person, per day.
- Il Nido di Aretusa Apartment, Ortigia: € 4.00 per person, per day
APARTMENT CLEANING EXPENSES
- The fee for the final cleaning of the Colombo apartment is € 50 and will be paid at check-in together with the balance of the reservation;
- The fee for the final cleaning of the Ai Due Mori apartments in Noto and Il Nido di Aretusa in Ortigia is € 35.
In the event that the apartment is left particularly dirty or damaged, we will request a refund (extra hours for cleaning, repairing the damage).
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in is from 14:00 (14:00 p.m.) to 21:00 (9 p.m.). If you need to check-in earlier than the times listed above, we will try to accommodate you. You can leave your car and luggage and we will agree on the time to complete the check-in during the day. For arrivals from 21:00 (9 p.m.) to 24.00 (12 p.m.) there is an extra cash payment of € 20.00.
As a rule we receive our guests until 24.00 (12 p.m.) after this time, we will send you the instructions to be able to self-check-in. The registration in the structure in that case will take place the following morning. The maximum time for check-out is 10.00 (10 a.m.)
If you delay with respect to the time established on the basis of the agreements made, we will be forced to ask you for a supplement of € 10.00 for each hour of delay not communicated to us. The maximum time for check out is 10.00 (10 a.m.) to allow you to prepare, clean and sanitize the rooms, in compliance with the Covid-19 regulations, even for subsequent guests.
